I’ve known Nicholas for some years now and originally helped him put together a website in Joomla some years ago. However, Nicholas was finding it hard work trying to keep things updated in Joomla, so we looked at how best to enhance his online presence with a brand new website.
Nicholas is a busy man, so simplicity was the key driver to the new website. He wanted to be able to just jump straight in and add new pictures, or a blog entry. This is something the old Joomla site couldn’t give him. Plus he wanted the new website to be fully responsive so it would show well on all devices from the PC to the smartphone.
After several weeks of work, and numerous Skype calls, we finally came up with a design which I think perfectly suits Nicholas. The site is in hues of blue, Nicholas’s favourite colour, and is the perfect platform for him to add new photos and keep his many fans updated with regular blog posts.
